Our Story
Who We Are
O.N.E. (Ocean of Naval Elites) 1996 is a Central/National-level, non-profit welfare and social association established for eligible members of the 01/96 Batch of the Indian Navy and Indian Coast Guard, along with eligible family members. The Association is founded on the principles of unity, brotherhood, camaraderie, mutual support and welfare.
Our Purpose
O.N.E. 1996 aims to preserve the enduring bond and fellowship of the 01/96 Batch while extending meaningful support to members and their families. Its welfare objectives include assistance during genuine medical, financial and other emergencies, support for higher education of eligible wards, marriage assistance, humanitarian activities and assistance during natural calamities and disasters.
Our Values
Our functioning is guided by Transparency, Accountability, Mutual Respect, Collective Decision-Making, Financial Discipline and Proper Documentation. These principles support responsible governance and ensure that the Association’s activities, welfare assistance and resources remain aligned with its objectives.
Our Commitment
The Association functions as one unified national organization, supported by Zones and State/Unit structures for effective coordination and welfare activities. These structures operate under the overall supervision of the Central Executive Committee and do not constitute separate legal entities.
Beyond Welfare
O.N.E. 1996 also promotes professional networking, knowledge sharing, social responsibility, charitable initiatives, blood donation drives, organ-donation awareness, community welfare and fellowship programmes. Through reunions and social activities, the Association seeks to strengthen the lifelong connection among its members and contribute positively to society and the nation.
