The core objective of O.N.E. (Ocean of Naval Elites) 1996 is to build and sustain a strong, united and supportive community among eligible members of the 01/96 Batch of the Indian Navy and Indian Coast Guard, while extending meaningful welfare and humanitarian support to members, their eligible family members and society at large.
⚓ Our Key Objectives
🤝 Unity, Brotherhood & Camaraderie
To promote unity, brotherhood, friendship, camaraderie and mutual support among members of the 01/96 Batch of the Indian Navy and Indian Coast Guard.
❤️ Member & Family Welfare
To provide welfare assistance to members and their eligible family members during times of genuine need, hardship or emergency.
🏥 Medical & Emergency Assistance
To extend financial or other assistance in cases involving death, critical illness, life-threatening diseases, medical emergencies and other genuine hardships, subject to the prescribed rules and availability of funds.
🎓 Educational Support
To support the higher education of eligible wards of members in India, subject to the availability of funds and the rules and limits prescribed by the Association.
💍 Marriage Assistance
To provide one-time marriage assistance for one eligible son or daughter of a member, subject to the conditions and limits prescribed by the Association.
🌱 Humanitarian & Charitable Activities
To undertake charitable and humanitarian initiatives and provide assistance to individuals and families affected by natural calamities, disasters and other emergencies.
🩸 Community Welfare
To organize and support blood donation drives, organ donation awareness programmes and similar social welfare initiatives that contribute to the wellbeing of society.
💼 Professional Networking
To encourage professional networking, mutual assistance and exchange of knowledge and resources among members, strengthening connections beyond the years of active service.
🌍 Support to the Community
To undertake or support activities benefiting economically weaker sections of society and contribute wherever the Association can make a meaningful difference.
🤝 Collaboration & Partnerships
To collaborate, wherever appropriate, with Government bodies, welfare organizations, charitable institutions and other organizations having similar objectives.
🎖️ Preserve the 01/96 Legacy
To preserve the traditions, values, fellowship and spirit of the 01/96 Batch, ensuring that the bond created through service continues to remain meaningful for generations.

To undertake lawful activities that contribute to the welfare of members, society and the nation, while remaining consistent with the Association’s stated objectives.
